PUPILS at Eastover Community Primary School in Bridgwater were inspired to channel their inner Einstein during the popular Science Day.
On Friday, March 9, the children undertook a number of different practical and fun lessons teaching them about biology, physics and chemistry.
Year 6 teacher Jenna Jay said: "The Science Day was about different types of scientific enquiry. The children had the opportunity to work on two different experiments in a fun and inclusive environment.
"Each experiment was child-led giving the children the opportunity to learn about science in the world around them - it was a fun and engaging day."
In December the school, which dates back to 1883, was given a Good rating by Ofsted.
The school, which has 419 children on role aged 5-11, caters for children of all abilities and backgrounds including those with special educational needs.
Eastover Community School also caters for a diverse community, with 19 different languages spoken at the school.
