BRIDGWATER'S Carnival Committee has released the appearance dates of its popular Christmas Carnival Cart.
The Christmas themed cart, along with Father Christmas, will be visiting various parts of Sedgemoor during the run up to Christmas helping to raise funds for local charities.
The festive cart began its circuit on November 25 at the YMCA and will finish on Saturday December 23 in the Town Centre.
Mark Robson, Christmas cart coordinator said: “We have been doing the Christmas carts for nearly 20 years and children always get excited about it; they love bringing their Christmas list to give to Santa. Last year we raised nearly £6,000 for local charities. We have an extremely busy schedule this year to try and make sure everyone has the chance to see Father Christmas.”
