LENS Captains, Somerset Films’ very own after-school filmmaking club for young people, is back.
The six-week programme for 10-14-year-olds is based at The Engine Room cost £30. It involves interactive lessons to help youngsters write, shoot and edit their very own short film.
“We are very excited to be running our Lens Captains club once again! The club is a great way for young people to discover filmmaking, be creative and to gain skills so that they are able to make their own short films at home with friends and family” says Natalie Collings, Assistant Producer at Somerset Film.
The course starts on Tuesday 26 September with the subsequent dates as followed 3, 10, 17, 31 Oct and 7 Nov at The Engine Room in Bridgwater and cost £30 for all six sessions.
