TEMPERATURES are set to rise above 30C across Somerset today and tomorrow, with some parts of the region facing a peak of 32C.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "It will be hot, sunny and mostly dry again today, perhaps even hotter than yesterday.
"The odd heavy thundery shower is possible around Bristol, Somerset or Gloucestershire in the late afternoon but most people will not get one."
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 32C, before falling to a minimum of 17C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Wednesday will be hot, humid and sunny again. The odd heavy shower is possible in west Cornwall late in the day but it will stay dry for most of us."
The temperature is set to peak at 31C.
