A GROUP of students from Zimbabwe were shown the sights of Somerset during a visit organised by staff at Bridgwater College.
The group of 16 visitors from Peterhouse School took in trips to Lulworth Cove, Minehead, Dunster, Hinkley Point and Cheddar, as well as sitting in on college lessons.
Geography lecturer Anne Marie Munro, who organised the exchange, said it had been a successful trip.
“The visitors from peterhouse School really enjoyed their visit. They got on so well with our students and spent long enough with us to experience something of our culture and landscape,” she said.
“In effect, a thoroughly worthwhile experience for all those involved.”
