DELAYS: There are delays on J23 on the M5 southbound,
TRAFFIC on the M5 is back to normal after severe delays halted traffic.
Motorists on the M5 southbound faced severe delays between J22 and J23 from 2pm today (May 27) as traffic stop-started between Bridgwater and Burnham-on-Sea.
Traffic returned back to normal levels at around 5pm.
