AS PART of Somerset Wildlife Trust’s Wildlife Gardens campaign, private gardens normally not open to the public will be free to view.

One of the gardens involved is at Model Farm, Perry Green, Wembdon, which will be open between 1pm and 5pm on Sunday, July 9.

Model Farm is a four acre garden with a wild flower meadow, 700 trees and a wild life pond as well as flower beds.

Hosted by Dave and Roz Young, there will also be the chance to explore the plant sale, display of vintage engines and cider makers as well as croquet on the lawn.
