THE much-anticipated 'Out of the Mouth of the Parrett' exhibition opens at Bridgwater Library this week.

The free event sees the library transformed with light, sound, video and live performance which immerses visitors in the real life stories and landscapes of the River Parrett.

Presented by Somerset County Council and Theatre Melange, the event runs from March 21 to April 8, from 10am to 4pm weekdays and 10am to 1pm on weekends.

People can pop in and experience one episode of the story, or visit for the whole 60 minute voyage. Sets sail approximately on the hour with a break for lunch around 1pm.
