HOMES in Sedgemoor has been named as one of the top organisations in Britain for handling call complaints.
The team presented their entries to a panel of independent business experts at the UK Complaints Handling Awards 2017, on Thursday, February 23.
Homes in Sedgemoor also won the Internal Communication Excellence and Effectiveness Award while earning silver in the Pro-active Complaint Handling Category.
Other organisations shortlisted included PLCs, banking groups and utility companies.
Homes in Sedgemoor managing director, Jen Barfoot said: “I am so proud of the whole team at Homes in Sedgemoor.
"We have spent the past year transforming our services and this is a fantastic result for us.
"It is clear evidence that every colleague's hard work to make a difference is paying off. I am delighted for all of us.”
Chairman of the board at Homes in Sedgemoor, Chris Moseley added: “The board would like to thank all staff for their hard work. These awards are great news for Homes in Sedgemoor and its customers”.
