Crews rushed to car on fire at M5 services
FIRE CREWS rushed to an M5 services last night after reports of a car on fire.
One fire engine was sent to Taunton Deane services just after 8.30pm because of a vehicle on fire in a car park.
The fire crew, sent from Wellington, confirmed the fire was isolated to the car's engine compartment and extinguished it using a hose reel jet.
The engine compartment of the vehicle was completely destroyed by fire.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue service have said they believe the cause of the fire to be accidental.
