The Labour MEP Clare Moody will be in Bridgwater on Tuesday, February 9, for a public meeting about the EU referendum.

All are welcome say the organisers to join in the debate at The Shack or Railway Club at Wellington Road at 6.30pm, and they said people who are for or against or simply don’t know should come along.

Clare Moody said: “Ahead of the Referendum on our membership of the EU, I am arranging meetings across the South West as I think that it is important that residents have the opportunity to ask questions and are as well informed as possible about the most important decision that this country will make in a generation.”

The EU Referendum is thought to be taking place in June a month after local elections but it has not yet been confirmed.
