SOME say your school days are your best days, and the old girls of St Hilda’s might just agree. A total of 26 former pupils of the Otterhampton school attended a reunion on Saturday, September 19.
The group, with one lady coming from Dubai, met for lunch at Blackmore Farm in Cannington and a mural representing childhood memories of schooldays was unveiled.
The creation of the mural began at a St. Hilda’s Fellowship reunion meeting back in 2014 in the annexe of the old school building at Hill House, Otterhampton.
Over the last few months, it has been completed andIt was presented to owners of Hill House, Jacqui and Dave Stephenson and will be displayed in the tuck shop, which used to be the school art room.
