THE people of Pawlett put on a wonderful flower show at the weekend with Nigel Coombes earning shallot of praise for his award-winning giant onions.
Visitors enjoyed seeing the wonderful range of plants and flowers on display at the Pawlett Flower Show held at the village hall on Saturday, August 8.
Children at the show took part in a colourful fancy dress contest and the musical soundtrack was provided by the North Somerset Community Brass Band.
