AN EMPLOYEE has received recognition for his 25 years service at a Bridgwater business.

Jeff Duddridge, 58, started working for Pluss on the Huntworth Business Park in 1989 and was presented with his 25 year certificate over lunch with his colleagues.

He will also be rewarded with five additional days annual leave.

Jeff said: “I have seen some real changes over the years. Different people coming and going.

“What I like about my job is the people here – we have a laugh.

“It’s like a family really – we all help each other out.”

Pluss’ Enterprise Manager Andrew Turner said: “Jeff is always willing to help people.

“He is very reliable and does his very best, both in and out of work.”

Pluss is a Social Enterprise that offers a wide range of manufacturing services including light engineering, metal fabrication and digital printing services.

They also support more than 200 people with disabilities move towards and into work both within their factory and also with external businesses right across the county.
