New police base opening in Bridgwater town centre
A NEW Avon and Somerset Police satellite office has officially opened at Sedgemoor District Council’s office off King’s Square in Bridgwater.
The new base aims to give the public better access to their local police officers.
The town’s police station on Northgate was closed earlier this year and staff were relocated to the new super station on Express Park, off junction 23 of the M5.
