NOMINATIONS are invited for health heroes who have gone the extra mile for their patients in the Bridgwater area.
Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust wants to celebrate the inspiring and innovative work people see every day from their trust staff.
The organisation provides community health, mental health, learning disability and social care services to people of all ages.
The trust is now inviting patients, carers to nominate a staff member or a team for the Patients’
Choice Award and the Carers’ Choice Award.
Edward Colgan, Chief Executive of Somerset Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, said: “I am eager to hear from members of the public, patients, and their carers who they think deserves to be recognised.”

The awards will be presented at the Staff Recognition Awards ceremony on October 22
