BRIDGWATER Carnival is set to light up Bath when the official Guy Fawkes Cart joins the other 14 entries in the city’s big parade this Saturday.
The cart will have 12 performers on the night, courtesy of the Sally Williams Dancers, of Bridgwater, who will join in the carnival celebrations.
Dave Stokes, of Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival, said: “Developing partnerships and working with other carnival organisers throughout the country helps us share ideas and learn from each other so we can ensure that our carnivals continue for future generations to enjoy.”
“We’re very excited and proud to be taking part in this year’s Bath Carnival, and it will give us another
opportunity to promote Bridgwater Carnival to a whole new audience.”
