First published in News

A WEEK of science activities are being held next month during the first Bridgwater Science Festival.

The festival has joined forces with local science-based organisations to bring a week of exciting activities in venues around Bridgwater from May 26 to 31.

Events are largely aimed at children and young people, but there will be an adult-orientated science cabaret night.

Amongst the organisations holding events are Somerset Archaeology and Natural History Society, Bridgwater Astronomical Society, Somerset Wildlife Trust and others.

There will be activities in the EDF Visitor Centre, Bridgwater Arts Centre, Robert Blake Science School and other places in Bridgwater.
