Cannington village playing field bought for £100,000
CANNINGTON Parish Council has agreed to try to buy the land for the village playing field from Sedgemoor District Council for £100,000.
The matter will be discussed at a meeting on March 11 in the village hall at 7pm.
Other items to be discussed include the refurbishment of a bus shelter, training to use the village defibrillator and the Jubilee Gardens.
