Council clarifies name of Sedgemoor butcher's
SEDGEMOOR District Council has clarified the butcher's featured in a story in last week's Mercury is owned by a different company to the one named.
The council is keen to clarify that Mr and Mrs Foster have not been the proprietors of A I Fosters in St Mary Street, Bridgwater, for some months and were not the proprietors at the time of the incident referred to in the story.
The business is now owned by Axe Valley Foods and the Fosters have no involvement with it.
