Lord Gothover says...

Can the service advise on selling a property?. If you have disputes with neighbours and do not tell your buyer, can they still ruin you?. There was an interesting case recently where a couple sold their bungalow for £200,000 odd but did not tell their buyer there had been a dispute about a drive. When the buyer found out, and took them to court, the couple were ordered to refund about £100,000 of the price that had been paid, to the new owner.
