A POLISH national found guilty of murdering Catherine Wells-Burr has appealed against his conviction.
Tadevsz Dmytryszyn was handed a 32-year jail sentence in June last year alongside his niece Anna Lagwinowicz and her former lover Rafal Nowak, who was Catherine's boyfriend at the time of her death.
All three were found guilty of the 23-year-old's murder after a six-week trial at Bristol Crown Court.
But Dmytryszyn has now lodged an appeal against his conviction and sentence.
Any hearing regarding this would take place at the Court of Appeal in London, but a date has not yet been set.
