TRAFFIC is queuing back towards the M5 due to wood beams partially blocking the A38, Bristol Road.
The planks are on the road just off the Dunball roundabout and police and fire crews are at the scene.
Mercury photographer Jeff Searle said: “It looks like the structure must have fallen from the back of a lorry.
“The road is passable, but if someone comes off the roundabout too fast there could be an accident.”
