Another wasted life. He was 6 years of age when I served during the first gulf. If we had been allowed to have taken sadam out the first time, maybe this guy would still be here for his family and friends.

The fight for oil which gulf 2 is about is far too high.

Bring back our troops as they are fighting a war (lol sorry peace keeping) which they will never win,

Blow the smoke away from the smoke screen of terroism and you will see the greed for natural resources,

Africa will be next for mineral deposits.

And yes I know that he was murdered in Afghan, rather than Iraq, but this is all part of the same operation.

The war just switched countries, but still carried on,

RIP anyway

Why do we allow afghans to have weapons with live ammo!!! If they are joint patrols or training why do they need bullets in there guns.

Crazty situation that we are in working with people who could turn at any moment.

why are we fighting a war that is un winable the Russians had to pull out when they could see this fact No country can trust them we train the Afghans in warfare they then turn on OUR TROOPS where is the logic to this

@19th Hole. The Russians was there as a bid to conquer the afghan people. We are not, so there is a huge difference.

Maybe if you watch Rambo 3 again, you will see that the Russians were forcing people.

Where as we are trying to help people.

We are not at war with Afghanistan, but peace keeping. Sadly the rules of engagement during peace keeping is different to war. You are more likely to die during peace keeping exercise than you are in a war.
