School of music to perform at Cossington Village Hall

COSSINGTON Concerts continues to mark its tenth anniversary with a second pre-season concert as Chetham's School of Music performs a showcase at Cossington Village Hall this Saturday (February 18).

The Manchester-based school of music is the largest in the UK and offers a dynamic music programme for students aged eight to 18.

This special showcase will see some of Chetham's top students perform at Cossington Village Hall including the winner of the 2008 BBC Young Musician of the Year competition, trombonist Peter Moore.
