A NEW art group's exhibition at Bridgwater Library will be launched tomorrow to showcase a range of work promising artists.
The group formed out of art classes run by Somerset Skills and Learning, were the learners were so bitten by their artistic bug that they created a summer club to keep them going until the new course started in October.
Budding artist Driana Hancock said: “It has been fantastic. The tutor is very clear and enthusiastic. I could not believe how much I developed in just six months.
“I could not wait until October when the lessons started again, so when Somerset Skills and Learning offered the opportunity to let us stay together over the summer, we all jumped at the chance.”
The exhibition will be available to browse around for two weeks.
