ROCK covers band Voodoo Seven will be performing at The Railway Hotel in Burnham on Friday after a hugely successful start to their act.
The Bridgwater five-piece have enjoyed top reviews since they formed in 2009 and are already booked to the end of the years thanks to their imaginative and varied set.
Guitarist Craig Barnett told the Weekly News: “We do a very very strange kind of mixture, and like the play at least one song that everyone will love.”
With the bar set so high, Voodoo Seven turn their rock hand to all sorts of covers from Van Halen, White Snake and The Beatles to Tiffany, Katy Perry and The Kings of Leon - they even dip into soul and jazz.
Craig said that the response they had received so far had been incredible. He added: “We are nearly booked up to the end of the year and have got gigs all over the South West as well as private parties. It's been fantastic.”
The event starts at 9pm. For more information call The Railway on 01278-784828.
