TALENTED young singers, dancers and musicians will fill The Princess in Burnham from Wednesday during the Highbridge Festival of Arts.
During a ten-day programme of dance, drama and music, gifted entrants hope to impress their audience and judges with their well-rehearsed performances.
The festival - now in its 63rd year - starts with dance from Wednesday to March 7, with 71 classes including ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, cabaret and Greek.
Speech and drama entrants then have a chance to shine on March 8 and 9. Poetry, prose and choral speech will be performed on stage in front of an audience and will be judged.
Singing and instrumental music take over the final part of the festival from March 10 to 13.
Vocal contributions from soloists, duettists and choirs take place on the first two days. On the Friday pianists take over the stage and Saturday will be the day for recorders, stings, brass, orchestras and concert bands.
Audiences can watch the festival action during the daily sessions, which start at 9.30am and 2pm.
