TRADITIONAL family fun can be enjoyed on Sunday afternoon at King Alfred School.

The summer fete boasts plenty of entertainment including beat the goalie, cake stall, tombolas, chocoholic corner, splat the rat, face painting, wheel of fortune and a model railway display.

The afternoon will close with the chance of winning big prizes in the popular raffle.

All proceeds from the day - which runs from 2pm to 4pm - will go to support the work carried out by the King Alfred School Association. For more info call JP Hoskins at the school on 01278-784881.
