DO you have an amazing talent or skill you’ve been waiting to show to the world? Well, wait no longer ... sign up for Bridgwater’s Got Talent 2015, Bridgwater Arts Centre’s first annual talent show specifically to showcase Sedgemoor talent.

The event will be presented by the Mayor of Bridgwater and compered by Ben Mcgrail of BBC Somerset.

The judges are three creative leaders of the local area: a carnival organiser – Chris Hocking; author, director and actress – Sinead Gillespie, and comedy promoter extraordinaire – Trish Caller.

Arts centre artistic manager Kate Goodale hopes “this is the first of many Bridgwater’s Got Talent.

“We have such a huge creative scene here and all generations, young and old possess some amazing talents.

“I just hope they all apply to enter the competition.”

The deadline for submissions is March 16 and there are three ways to enter.

You can either send footage of your act by post or email, or you can book a slot in a live audition.

The show is on Saturday, May 2 – prizes include a photoshoot worth up to £200, tickets to see some top events and a chance for the winner and runner-up to perform in their own gig.
