UNFORESEEN circumstances this weekend have lead to the cancellation of Women of Wold War One at Bridgwater Arts Centre.
Originally scheduled for November 15 and to coincide with the centenary of the First World War, the production is a powerful and moving portrait of women's lives, created by Musicians South West in collaboration with Petra Schofield/Magic Penny Productions.
The arts centre wrote on their Facebook page: “Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances The Women of World War One event has been cancelled. All ticket holders will be notified and reimbursed.
“On a brighter note, we have the hilarious Katherine Ryan & Supersonic 70's Show to look forward to next month!”
