NEW Age Festival will bring 30-plus bands to Bridgwater on Saturday, August 16, for its one-day alternative music rock-out.
It comes from the organisers of last year’s Morbid Mash-Up and new alt-music night, Shenanigans.
Zoltar Speaks, a female-fronted rock group from the ‘dusty hollows’ of Minehead, are among those set to play, along with Bridgwater’s-own punk-pop heroes, The Splash.
‘Waking nightmare of a band’, Tellison, are also heading to Sedgemoor from Hammersmith, along with Cardiff ‘whippersnappers’ Radstewart.
Plus there’s The Computers, Natives, Glamour Kill, The First, Brawlers, WoahNows, Idiom, Falling Red, Patrons, Dead!, Run From Robots ...
Sponsoring New Age is Jealous Lovers Club, The Athena Rooms and Jaywalk Guitars, and tickets costing £16.50 including booking fee for the event at Bridgwater & Albion RFC can be bought at www.seetickets.com/Tour/new-age-festival
