FRESHLY-WRITTEN plays from Burnham Princess’s very-own Theatre Company take to the stage on Friday and Saturday.
Fifteen members from the collective of playwrights are celebrating their first birthday as a group by putting on four original plays.
At 7pm on Friday they’ll lay on ‘Kiss Me Donkey’, a full-length fantasy-history play with adult themes, Greek mythology and people turning into donkeys, by Max Taylor.
On Saturday from 7pm are three one-act plays: ‘Happily Ever After’ by Rebecca Strickland, ‘Dead Liberty’ by Kim Cook and “dark, dark comedy” ‘Paradise View’ by Vagina Monologues performer Jo Backhouse.
Tickets cost £6 (£4 concessions and Friends of the Princess) on www.princesstheatreandartscentre.co.uk or 01278-784464.
