YOUNG stars from Bridgwater have “excelled themselves” in their two-day town hall show.
The seven- to 13-year-olds of the ACTS Theatre School re-told Lewis Carroll’s beloved Alice In Wonderland; a show ripe with creative opportunity thanks to its dream-like feel and surreal characters, from the Mad Hatter and White Rabbit, to the raging Queen of Hearts and ever-grinning Cheshire Cat.
ACTS founder Alan King congratulated the cast of performers for all their hard work: “For some of them, it was the first time on stage.
"I’d also really like to share my appreciation for all the work done by people back stage, those who did the costumes and make-up, and did the sets.”
