CELEBRATE Valentine’s Day this year with an evening of burlesque and cabaret on Saturday, February 16.
The show at Bridgwater Arts Centre promises to entertain, bringing fun, laughter and a large dose of saucy humour.
The bar will be open and there will be aerial artists and dancers performing to a variety of music from swing to fifties jazz and rockabilly.
Performers include Raven Six, Dave the Bear, Poppy Von Tarte, Tabitha T Ease, Tuesday Laveau, Jez Starr, resident performer Velveteen Hussey and compere Jacques Bruxelles.
Organiser Lianne Vessier said: “I urge people to come along and see for themselves, whatever their preconceptions of burlesque are.
The show is full of variety and guaranteed to give you a laugh.”
Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start and tickets cost £12 – visit www.shhhburlesque. co.uk or call 07889-385396. Organisers point out this event is suitable for over-18s only.
