JOIN the chart-topping Wurzels for some West Country music at the Market Yard, Frome.
The group’s popular tune Combine Harvester made number one, selling 400,000 copies in the UK.
The Somerset band will be performing this fun, parody song about a country fella trying to get his hands on a wench’s bit of land, and many others, on February 22.
The West Country legends will be supported by The Boot Hill All Stars, who have prepared a high-octane, cider-fuelled set.
There’s delightful accompaniment from the Fluffettes, ladies in feathers who will be providing backing vocals and a little audience participation.
Expect bouncy, banjo-driven hoedown-sk, with a touch of rock-a-billy and even a nod to dub and Lily Allen.
Tickets cost £13. For details visit www.midnightmango.co.uk or call the box office on 01373-455420.
