Robert Pattinson hates his R-Patz nickname.
The star, 26, who is promoting the final Twilight film, said he's never been a fan of the moniker.
Robert, who is back with girlfriend Kristen Stewart, dubbed K-Stew, following her affair with married director Rupert Sanders, joked to the Sydney Morning Herald: "I would like to break the hands and mouth of the person who came up with it."
The British actor added of the phrases, such as Team Edward and Team Jacob, about rival characters in the movie and the marketing surrounding the films: "That's the one thing I've been annoyed about by the whole thing.
"The kind of 'team' aspect of it. It's strange. I think that's what has created a very strange atmosphere around how the movies are promoted and stuff. It's making it like a sport or something. People can't really watch the films any more because they're thinking about all this other silliness."
