Beyonce has shared pictures of a dazzling gold dress she wore for a night out with daughter Blue Ivy Carter, who was wearing a matching outfit.

The duo both sported metallic gowns to the 2nd Annual Wearable Art Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, which was hosted by Beyonce’s mother Tina Lawson and her stepfather Richard.

Beyonce posted pictures of her dress with metallic cutouts and a gold train, designed by Falguni Shane Peacock, as she posed with Blue Ivy, who also wore a gold dress and matching gold wig.

The duo were joined by Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z, who was dressed in a black suit and white shirt.

The little girl, six, was reportedly centre of attention at the gala, where she used a paddle to bid for pieces of art at an auction.

She apparently bid against director Tyler Perry for a painting of Sidney Poitier but lost out when the asking price reached 20,000 US dollars (£14,000).

Lawson also opted for a gold dress for the occasion, sharing a photo of herself and Richard on the red carpet, captioned: “Wakanda Forever, me and my handsome hubby “King Richard”.
