SOMERSET has been put on snow alert.
The Met Office has issued a snow warning for Tuesday and Wednesday, with temperatures expected to dip well below zero.
The organisation has issued a yellow warning for the two days.
The warning means "severe weather is possible" and people should plan ahead, thinking about possible travel delays, or the disruption of day to day activities.
