Patricia Ann (Pat) of Chilton Polden passed away peacefully on 7th March 2006 aged 65. Dear and loving Wife of Graham and much loved Mum of Mark, Jeremy and the late David. A Committal Service will be held at Taunton Deane on Friday 17th March at 10:00am followed by a memorial service at St Edwards Church, Chilton Polden at 3:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Pat for St Margaret's Somerset Hospice may be sent to H Biffen and Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, 32 Wembdon Road, Bridgwater.
