SMITH Frederick (Fred) of Bridgwater passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on the 10th July 2018. Aged 81 years. Fred will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Friday 20th July 2018 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Fred for SURE and Musgrove Leukaemic Group may be left at the Crematorium or forwarded to Bridgwater Funeral Services 15 Bristol Road Bridgwater Somerset TA6 4AU Telephone 01278 457755
