FORD Jacqueline Of Bridgwater passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on the 28th April 2018. Aged 75 years. Jacqueline will be sadly but greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Monday 21st May 2018 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Jacqueline for St. Margaret's Hospice, Taunton may be left at the Crematorium or forwarded to Bridgwater Funeral Services, 15 Bristol Road, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6 4AU.
