MOON. James (Jim), of Chilton Polden, formerly of Knaplock, passed peacefully away on 24th April 2016, aged 96 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy, father of Susan and grandfather of Hannah and James. Funeral service at Sedgemoor Crematorium on Thursday 5th May at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Burnham Community Hospital c/o Grandfield & Son, Funeral Directors, Nether Stowey, Bridgwater, TA5 1HZ.
